Now, Go to the following path as shown in the screenshot: Administrative Templates ->> Windows Component ->> Search and then move to next step.

On the right sidebar, you will find many files with their comment and state as shown in the screenshot below. From those files, you need to search for Allow Cortana and right-click on it then select Edit option there as in the screenshot below.

When you try to rename folder then it will display message “folder is in use and you can’t rename it” so try to follow the step and keep trying or read further to check alternative.
So, to resolve this issue, go back to the Taskbar of your system, right-click on Cortana and click End Task then again go to the file location to rename that folder again. You will have to be very quick otherwise you will not be able to rename that folder.You can press F2 after selecting the folder to rename the folder faster F2 is the shortcut key to rename and press f2 after clicking on the folder. Try to rename the folder and leave the popup message as it is then finally End Task of Cortana as shown in below snapshot and quickly click Try again button in the file location window below is t he screenshot.
